We’re looking for an experienced and skilled PHP developer to work in our software development team developing the icDial product.
Concentrix proprietary icDial software is used globally to support multiple clients with targeting the right customers to contact with the right proposition at the right time.

What you need to have is?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
5+ years of experience in application development with PHP
Hands-on technical expertise with PHP Ajax LAMP WAMP Asterisk VICIdial VOIP SVN
Agile lifecycle management experience required.
Strong understanding of MySQL, Mongo DB, MariaDB
Experience with Web Development
Nice to have?
Experience in HTML5, CSS3
Experience with jQuery Node.js Perl
Experience with Cloud technologies, AWS.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices
Work with Business Analysts & Solutions team to correlate business requirements to domain entities and data elements.
Design, develop and maintain new features of the dialing solution from inception to live usage
Work independently in determining impacts to code as per the requirements updates and fixes required for fixing defects.
Work with Developers to architect, design, implement and maintain scalable software solutions.
Involved in the assessment of technical requirements to optimize system performance.
Document all test procedures for systems and processes and coordinate with business analysts and users to resolve all requirement issues and maintain quality for the development work.
Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short- and long-term solutions to information technology (IT) needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, and network systems and applications infrastructure
Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
Solves complex programming problems and takes a new perspective using existing solutions
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may guide the work of other staff members
Transform non-technical, business requirements into technical requirements
Prepare effort / cost estimates which consistently demonstrate minimum deviation from plan.
Accountable and responsible for meeting project timelines
Work with minimum guidance from senior resources, and collaborate with internal team members, shared services teams (e.
g., Server team, Network, etc.) as well as external stakeholders as needed throughout each project’s lifecycle
Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and resolve these issues
Develop and maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Proactively contribute to and shape quality deliverables, particularly during the design phase
Anticipate and participate in code reviews to ensure quality deliverables
Practice and encourage knowledge sharing with a focus on establishing best practices
Ready to work in flexible time zone as per client requirement(s).
