  • Answering incoming calls from Japanese speaking customers
  • Collecting data and entering it into a CRM system
  • Ensure toubleshooting and efficient solution matching
  • Handling of all types of technical enquiries and complaints
  • Transfering of knowledge towards system requirements
  • Your Profile

  • Handy in building customer relationships
  • Very good written and oral skills in Japanese

    Fluent in English on a professional level
