Business Unit Manager Nephrology
In this role you will
As a BU Manager, you will lead, inspire, coach and develop a high performing sales and marketing team in Nephrology. In parallel, as a core member of the local Leadership Team will have a joint responsibility and accountability to drive transformation, engagement, development, and results within the organization.
This role will provide / gives you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following :
Direct and drive the commercial strategies and deliver optimal sales and growth for Nephrology product(s)
Lead, coach and develop the sales and marketing teams to create a strong, positive, and success-oriented culture
Create a strong leadership infrastructure and ensure the implementation of effective people management practices
Establish and maintain stakeholder relations, networks and customer services especially relating to key opinion leaders in order to achieve customer satisfaction and add value to customers
Cultivate relationships with customers, develop deep market insights, and customize commercial strategies across various customer segments
Ensure proper integration of face-to-face and digital channels to provide efficiencies and clear oversight via digital and Customer Relationship Management analytics
Collaborate with the global franchise team on strategic priorities and act as point of reference for the local operating country.
Drive organizational goals and strategic priorities within the organization
Ensure appropriate allocation & utilization of budget / resources to ensure budget efficiency, in line with company policy
Meet the high need for cross-functional influence and collaboration internally across divisions to deliver results and define effective channel mix for products
Why you?
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or science
Minimum 6 years of relevant marketing and sales experience
Nephrology commercial experience (preferred) or infectious disease experience, including product launch experience
Experience with turnaround challenges and performance delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek and English)
Preferred Qualifications :
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in business management & leadership position
Ability to utilize insights from key customers patients, payers, providers to drive key marketing decisions and forecasts.
Leadership capabilities to influence a group through managing change
