About the job opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us grow our business.
What Will I Be Doing?
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Identifying and mapping business strengths
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Manage relationships with existing clients and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Promote company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Develop sales goals and ensure they are met
Create an environment focused on trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Develop business proposals
Produce sales reports
Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Work closely with other teams to develop new business.
What skills do I need?
Self-driven, proactive and results oriented
Communication and negotiation skills
Excellent time management and organisation
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in customer support and IT fluency will be considered as a plus
Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role
Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
BSc / BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
