As a Czech Customer Advisor you will represent on money transfer company and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat.
Listening to your customers, advising them on money transfers and processing them are part of your daily tasks. You will also deal with administration, updating and input of data in the customer database.
