Office & Marketing Administrator

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to :

  • Act as the first contact person to perform reception duties
  • Provide administrative assistance to the vice president
  • Work with sales management to develop and maintain project plan
  • Maintain detailed scheduling for meetings
  • Develop detailed Presentations for sales team
  • Reporting on sales & marketing results
  • Skills & Competencies required

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business / Marketing
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Administration / Marketing position
  • Fluent in English
  • MS Office proficiency is a must (highly qualified in Power Point & Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) & analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Personal Effectiveness / Credibility
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Above average bookkeeping skills including accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and positive attitude
