ABOUT THE TEAM
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our project-based unit. SEALS is a team of 25 cross-functional skilled developers.
We are working on multiple projects in the technologies focused around Javascript (Typescript) in the frontend, backend as well as full stacks including infrastructure.
In some projects, the team helps with UX or building the first prototypes of a product. Sometimes we just test business ideas.
Other times the team takes on the full projects. We are collaborating with all Schibsted brands.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for a team of 5-6 developers in Poland that could be distributed between our offices in Gdańsk and Kraków.
You will manage talented software engineers, have the overall responsibility for their engagement, development and motivation.
You will also have a significant influence on the strategy of the whole unit by helping define and improve processes and team culture Managing team (30%) , Coding (70%) .
