PeopleCert Education is looking for a talented Academic Associate to deliver software development courses!
You will be responsible for the excellent A-Z student experience, and be part of the Academic Team that is responsible for coordination, organisation and management of a coding training and certification program that includes elements of technology and employability.

Deliver high-quality training, following training requirements and specifications (e.g. lesson plans, curriculum, syllabi) by applying appropriate educational methods to engage students in the learning process
Deliver Train the Trainer staff trainings
Deliver custom catch up and / or make up lessons to individual students or groups of students
Provide academic assistance to students and prospective students
Provide academic assistance to the Academic team and the team of trainers
Provide operational assistance and support of our LMS systems to the Academic Lead
Assist students with timely and constructive guidance for their academic development and respond in a timely manner to programme related academic queries from students
Actively participate in the development process in regards to the training material and certification materials (curriculum, training content, syllabus, exams, Train the Trainer) and test run course material (training and exam material) prior to delivering in class
Act as the deputy Academic Lead / Manager
MSc or PhD in Education Management, Computer Science or related field
Professional experience in the fields of designing and coordinating training programs, conducting research and developing collaborative actions with various organisations
Up-to-date with latest trends and digital practices in the ICT training industry and technology
Flexible hours as training sessions can be morning (9-17 : 30) and / or afternoon (14 : 00-22 : 30)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for an international environment
Excellent command of English is a must.
