Your Mission :

Draw the budget and time plan for various projects such as : New Stores setup, remodelings& renovations of existing stores.

Supervise all construction work and ensure optimal result within the allocated timeframe and budget.

Ensure that all store facilities and equipment is functional, safe and in good condition.

Monitor all technical issues, propose appropriate solutions and ensure implementation.

Cooperate with relevant Authorities and other departments for the provision of required documents, drawings, certificates.

Your Armory :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or other related field

Working experience in dealing with Building Services

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD

Strong knowledge of MS Office

Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to take initiative & ownership

Team spirit & good communication skills

Excellent planning and time management skills

Excellent Greek both verbal and writing

Fluent in English

Available & willing to travel

Fulfilled military obligations (for men)

Your extra power :

Working knowledge and experience in MS Project / Photoshop / Illustrator / ArchiCAD
