So what’s the challenge

The Online CRM Specialist focuses on the design, plan & launch of Customer Base activities that will increase customer value of Online Exclusive player’s base

Your day to day will include :

  • Working closely with Campaigns & Analytics executives to define & implement the campaigns strategy across customer lifecycles (e.
  • g. Onboarding, Retention, etc) for the delivery on Online Exclusive Games targets

  • Driving the formulation of the daily / weekly / monthly segmented initiatives for Exclusive Games by liaising with Online Product & Operations Teams
  • Reassuring the timely execution & accurate execution of the agreed initiatives by working closely with the Online CRM Campaigns team
  • Driving the creation of CRM offers in the Exclusive Games Gaming platform and the respective CRM content in order to propose the most suitable offer & message for each customer segment
  • Monitoring the bonus budget consumption for Exclusive Games & reassuring that campaigns ROI is constantly optimized,
  • Monitoring the performance of Online Exclusive Games Campaigns & customer base performance in order to fine-tune the CRM strategy & identify opportunities of revenue growth
  • Regularly reporting to senior stakeholders the players base & campaign’s performance and proposing additional actions to increase business performance
  • Defining the CRM enablers required for the launch of any new Online Exclusive Games along with any CRM enhancement that will strengthen players engagement,
  • Driving the creation of communications library & lead the business process internally (Legal and Regulatory team) and externally (Hellenic Gaming Commission)
  • What you need to succeed :

  • BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics or other relevant field. MSc degree is preferable
  • Understanding of sophisticated customer segmentation & experience on defining segmented campaigns
  • 3+ years of relevant experience within a fast paced organization
  • Business acumen and ability to turn consumer insights into effective CRM campaigns
  • Product development experience on Numeric Games will be strongly preferred
  • Problem solving mentality to overcome obstacles and set backs
  • Interpersonal skills so as to integrate & build strong working relationships across functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills both in Greek and English languages (oral and written)
  • Online Gaming & Online business CRM experience will be strongly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform will be strongly preferred
