So what’s the challenge
The Online CRM Specialist focuses on the design, plan & launch of Customer Base activities that will increase customer value of Online Exclusive player’s base
Your day to day will include :
Working closely with Campaigns & Analytics executives to define & implement the campaigns strategy across customer lifecycles (e.
g. Onboarding, Retention, etc) for the delivery on Online Exclusive Games targets
Driving the formulation of the daily / weekly / monthly segmented initiatives for Exclusive Games by liaising with Online Product & Operations Teams
Reassuring the timely execution & accurate execution of the agreed initiatives by working closely with the Online CRM Campaigns team
Driving the creation of CRM offers in the Exclusive Games Gaming platform and the respective CRM content in order to propose the most suitable offer & message for each customer segment
Monitoring the bonus budget consumption for Exclusive Games & reassuring that campaigns ROI is constantly optimized,
Monitoring the performance of Online Exclusive Games Campaigns & customer base performance in order to fine-tune the CRM strategy & identify opportunities of revenue growth
Regularly reporting to senior stakeholders the players base & campaign’s performance and proposing additional actions to increase business performance
Defining the CRM enablers required for the launch of any new Online Exclusive Games along with any CRM enhancement that will strengthen players engagement,
Driving the creation of communications library & lead the business process internally (Legal and Regulatory team) and externally (Hellenic Gaming Commission)
What you need to succeed :
BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics or other relevant field. MSc degree is preferable
Understanding of sophisticated customer segmentation & experience on defining segmented campaigns
3+ years of relevant experience within a fast paced organization
Business acumen and ability to turn consumer insights into effective CRM campaigns
Product development experience on Numeric Games will be strongly preferred
Problem solving mentality to overcome obstacles and set backs
Interpersonal skills so as to integrate & build strong working relationships across functional teams
Excellent communication skills both in Greek and English languages (oral and written)
Online Gaming & Online business CRM experience will be strongly preferred
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform will be strongly preferred
