Job Description

PURPOSE & IMPACT TO THE ORGANIZATION :

Leading their team to meet or exceed company profit targets by :

  • Developing, proposing and implementing sales plans for their assigned territory of accountability / Follow up of Area P&L
  • Managing team target achievement for sales, profitability, market share, KPIs, distribution of new and existent SKU's and promotional activities
  • Training, motivating and monitoring the activities of their team
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with all Customers and Key Internal Stakeholders
  • Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of plans
  • Continuously supporting and developing their team
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Organising and following up on promotional activities the team needs to fulfill
  • Achieving new products and categories distribution targets
  • Achieving targets of productivity indicators
  • Reengineering of territories to achieve route optimization
  • Ensuring perfect execution of Marketing and Trade Marketing calendar by their team
  • Liaising their team with Trade Marketing, Operations and Logistics for all promotional activities
  • Preparation and execution of periodic Sales Meetings
  • Cooperating with HR to recruit, train and develop the team via constructive feedback, career development opportunities and individual development plans
  • KEY RELATIONSHIPS :
  • Customers

  • Qualifications / Requirements

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA :

  • Minimum 6 years experience in sales preferably in a multinational / FMCG environment
  • Minimum 24 months in current role within Pepsico
  • University Degree ideally in Business Administration / Economics
  • Fluent English
  • MS outlook skills
  • PDR : Min 6 in last 3 years
