As an Enterprise Account Technology Strategist (ATS), you will have the opportunity to drive digital technology transformation in partnership with your customer, to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes.
The ATS understands the customer’s business challenges and envisions, innovates and orchestrates end-to-end technology-enabled transformations for our clients by focusing on Digital Transformation strategy, business and industry reference architectures, technology strategy and sales orchestration.
The ATS acts as the Chief Digital & Technology Lead for our customers.
Paired with an Enterprise Account Executive, leveraging your large, multi-functional v-team across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio, you will engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.
You will drive customer satisfaction and outcomes by connecting with Customer Success and Engineering where relevant.

Orchestrate the extended team (internal cross solution teams and partners), leading customer joint envisioning sessions, to bring the best of Microsoft technology and help customers achieve their digital goals.
Plan and orchestrate the right solution proposal by coordinating the team of specialists and partners. Maintain and continuously evolve a strong technology acumen across Microsoft Solutions / Enterprise Architecture.
Understand the customer’s business goals, solution areas, partner solutions, promote new business models and leverage enterprise architecture skills to build a technology roadmap, enabling the customer’s innovation agenda with utilization of our Microsoft technologies.
Coordinate with internal industry experts to gather industry knowledge to improve outcomes for the customer. The Utilities Industry includes Energy, Oil and Gas and Telcos.
