We are looking for a person who :
has got at least 2 years of experience in IT company as Project Manager
fluent English (C1)
fluent Polish (C1)
takes responsibility for the project and is independent in her / his work
has knowledge and experience of working with Jira
has experience in managing web and mobile applications
must be reliable (this is very important for us)
is organized and hardworking and knows how to prioritize tasks
has experience in managing small teams (up to 8-10 team members)
is able to negotiate with : both clients and developers
must be creative in finding solutions (in project but also in communication with client)
is able to gather specific customer feedback and knows how to use it for the project and communicate it well to the developers
is able to make decisions and work under time pressure
Nice to have :
experience in Figma, Adobe, Avocode
Responsibilities :
leading projects for clients around the world (building products from scratch and developing existing ones)
supervising work on mobile and web applications, websites
contacting and maintaining relations with both sides : clients and developers
creating specifications and valuations of projects
negotiating with clients and developers
creating reports and settlements and keeping all kinds of documents in order
controlling projects budgets, keeping track of deadlines and estimating delivery time
taking care of developers in a project as well as planning and managing your team work
advising the client (business solutions or recommending the appropriate approach to the project)
