Circus Street is an e-learning platform delivering customised courses to more than 200 Fortune 500 brands around the world.
A single client of Circus Street trains between 1 000 and 100 000 users. The platform uses storytelling , visual media and interactivity to create a highly effective and engaging learning experience that is delivered exclusively online.
Bitnoise is a strategic technological partner for Circus Street. Together we form a stable, senior team. Our goal is to deliver innovative solutions , build a culture of self-aware, mature engineers who cooperate on partner terms.
Our team of 9 engineers has a wide range of responsibilities including designing and developing new features and making technological decisions.
We've been working on this application for the past three years and continue our work. We work on-site in Poznań or in a hybrid (office / home) mode.
We’re looking for a process-driven, proactive, delivery-focused and eager to learn person with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
TASKS
Supporting development teams in their daily work in Scrum
Supporting teams in the self-organization process
Continuous improvement of the quality of teamwork
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have a good knowledge of the Scrum framework
You have experience as a Scrum Master working with remote and multiple teams - at least 1 / 2 year experience
You have experience with Front-end and Mobile Apps
You are able to run retros, workshops and mentor team members with Agile principles
You have knowledge of Releasing processes, CI & CD
You know Scrum metrics
Your Polish and English allow you to talk freely with our team and clients
GOOD TO HAVE
SM Certification - it is a big plus
Lean / Kanban experience
Kanban metrics
Test Automation
NICE TO HAVE
Lean / Kanban Certified
SAFe knowledge or certification
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary in the range of PLN 11000-16000 net + VAT for B2B
Hybrid work or on-site work in the office in Poznań or 100% remotely
