Job Description Summary

HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.

  • Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. In-depth understanding of key business drivers;
  • uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

    Responsibilities :

  • Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple leaders within a complex business environment, including supporting multiple matrixed organizations
  • Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple managers with specific focus on : employee advocacy / engagement, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate
  • Lead key HR processes including performance management, talent development, compensation planning and compliance
  • Partner with Senior HR Business Partners and HR centers of excellence (O&TD, Talent Recruiting, C&B, HR Operations) to execute business-specific HR strategies.
  • Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
  • Lead other HR projects or site-wide HR initiatives as necessary
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
  • Conduct investigations including gathering, preserving, documenting and analyzing all available information and evidence, and in some circumstances, making recommendations to the business on disciplinary action
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, in a Human Resources or related discipline, from an accredited university or college.
  • Significant professional experience and proven track record in a Human Resources capacity with strong business partnership focus
  • Experience working in multinational, matrixed work environment.
  • Experience in coaching Managers and Business Leaders on organization design, performance management, talent development, attrition mitigation and company culture
  • Experience in acting as a mediator to resolve conflict constructively within the organization.
  • Strong interest in understanding HR Analytics, driving innovative HR solutions and process improvements in consultation with the HR organization and client groups.
  • Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment; ability to diffuse a tense situation.
  • Good grasp of EU employment legislation and strong knowledge of local labor law.
  • Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance & confidentiality
  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and local language
