Right now, we are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Specialist Growth Hacke r for our Athens Offices!
The role's focus will be to support EXUS' Business Development and more specifically to increase the awareness of our main product -
EFS - and increase our clients' engagement.
The role's scope is to increase our Product's awareness & engagement in Banking & Financial Institutions around the world and by doing so, to funnel our Sales' Pipeline with Sales Leads.
What you will be doing to make it happen?
You will be performing A / B tests constantly, in order to grow EXUS' Clients' Base and drive growth
You will be coming up with growth hacks and ways to scale engagements and interactions on our marketing channels
You will be in close collaboration with our Business Development Team and together, you will plan our Strategy & execute our Digital Marketing efforts, which will be targeted in existing & prospect clients around the globe
You will be responsible for coordinating EXUS' Digital Marketing activities and properly allocation the relevant budget in various channels, based on data driven decisions (SEO, SEM, Sponsored Campaigns etc.)
You will coordinate the creation of EXUS' premium Content (Blogs, Newsletter, Email Campaigns, LinkedIn Advertising, LinkedIn Campaigns etc.
the execution of the relevant campaigns and you will measure its performance and efficiency (by using HubSpot & LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
You will collaborate with our In House team of UI / UX Designers for the creation of the relevant content

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or engineering. MA / MSc studies, or Certifications in Digital Marketing will be highly appreciated
Proven working experience in a B2B digital marketing related role, for at least 2 years
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
Data driven individual, start up mentality able to work on lean budgets, willing to learn, can work independently and with teams
Demonstrable growth impact in previous roles
Comfortable with creating content virality, by use of Influencers
Good knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Experience in using Hubspot marketing tools will be highly appreciated
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
