Your main responsibilitie s

  • Participate in designing a comprehensive, cost-effective and competitive group’s compensation and benefits scheme
  • Analyse job descriptions’ evaluations and classifications
  • Conduct salary and labor market research in order to define benchmarks
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Provide relevant data, reports and insight in order to assist on management’s data-driven decisions
  • Prepare and maintain all compensation and benefits data
  • Your main qualifications / skills

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance
  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist or similar role
  • Adequate knowledge of current labor laws and regulations
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in English
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong quantitative, analytical & research skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
