Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1, diagnosis and resolution to end-users (Clients) for PC hardware and standard software related incidents
  • Executes the task assigned by the Service Request system in order to provide client support
  • Assist in the installation of new and existing software and hardware
  • Assist in the maintenance and usage of the Company’s hardware such as telephony , printing systems and audio / visual systems
  • Monitoring the efficiency and assist in troubleshooting of the company’s critical systems
  • Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
  • Supports the ICT Support Team Leader in delivering end-users exploitation and training initiatives on IT tools
  • Provides all documentation and descriptions required for raising purchase order items and follow-up with the ICT Support Team Leader
  • Maintain the security standards of the organization
  • Able to work on rotating shifts
  • Requirements

  • University / College Degree in a relevant field
  • Proven working experience in a similar position
  • Proven Knowledge on user support, hardware and software installation.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a can do attitude
  • Excellent command of the English language (native or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOLcertificate would be a plus)
  • Any relevant technical certification will be considered as plus
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material and communicate with various levels of management
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
