The ideal candidate will performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under supervision of housekeeping supervisor.

Room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.

He / She should maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all housekeeping departmental policies / service and the hotel's procedures / standards.

Additionally,maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Enters and prepares the room for cleaning
  • Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies
  • Cleans the bathroom, bedroom / floor corridor and closet and outside area
  • Checks and secures the rooms
  • Replenishes amenities according to the operational standards
  • Anticipates guests’ needs, responds promptly and acknowledges all guests, however busy
  • Maintains positive guest relations at all times
  • Is familiar with hotel services / features and is able to respond to guest inquiries accurately
  • Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
  • Empty trash containers and ashtrays
  • Inspects condition of bathrobes and replaces soiled / damaged ones
  • Removes dirty bed linen and makes up bed with clean linen
  • Clean closets and door tracks on check-out rooms, removing dust
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his / her work area in Mykonos Pearls
  • Prerequisites :

  • Physical mobility and stamina required
  • Attention to details
  • Professional attitude is required
  • Ability to work independently and remain motivated
  • Helpful with customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of English language
