A leading company in the Consumer Goods sector is seeking to hire a :
Leads the long-time strategic planning process for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights.
Designs and monitors the annual marketing plan, brands’ communication and media plans, promotions, and all related consumer activities.
Monitors market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities as well as brands’ performance.
Prioritizes projects for direct reports to ensure execution with excellence and focus on most important business deliverables.
Communicates with external agencies to ensure strategic objectives are being met and creative output is optimized.
Oversees brands’ budget to ensure spending is in line with plan, ensures team compliance with Finance guidelines and identifies cost savings.
Manages, trains and develops his / her team members.
Skills & Competences
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or any other equivalent
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or any other equivalent
At Least 7 - 9 years of experience in Marketing
Excellent command of English language
Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
Advanced strategic thinking with emphasis on analytical, conceptual and critical thinking
Strong results orientation and ability to achieve results
Strong influencing skills and ability to build strong network within and outside the organization
Innovation & Creativity
Strong leadership skills, emphasis on delegating, coaching and developing others
