Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a global education services company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position
Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Job Description :
Prepare and process all payroll activities for all employees of the company as well as the external associates
Supervise HR administration processes (new hires, onboarding, exits, leaves, communication with local authorities)
Lead the payroll / admin team
Design and keeping up to date company’s HR Systems
Monitor the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes of employees’ benefits
Coordinate the group health insurance program HR reporting & data analysis
Propose ideas for continuous improvement and optimization of HR procedures and policies
Manage the communication with local authorities (ERGANI, SEPE, EFKA)
Candidate Profile :
5+ years of proven experience in Payroll and employment policies
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or another related field
A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or MBA will be considered as an asset
Outstanding communication in English & Greek (business language) is a requirement
Excellent knowledge of the Greek employment Law (knowlegde of the UK & Cypriot employment Law will be highly appreciated)
Advanced knowledge of Excel and computer literacy including knowledge of HR Systems
Customer Service oriented personality
