Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition team
Design, plan and execute global selection processes (phone screening, conducting interviews etc.)
Utilize the full range of talent sourcing tools including business and social networking sites; direct approaches / headhunting;
advertising; job-board / online databases; referrals and recommendations
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy
Develop and maintain networks, both internally and externally, to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines
Manage the approval process and offer negotiations
Build rapport and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related field and a Master's degree in HR
2 years minimum experience in leading a team
Proven experience of 4-6 years in full life cycle recruitment, experience in international recruitment is a prerequisite
Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
Excellent project management, personal organization and time management skills
Exceptional negotiation skills are required
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with candidate databases, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
