Sephora Greece is interested in immediate recruiting of E Store Specialist , reporting to E Commerce Manager


Developing and executing the annual strategy and action plan in alignment with the Ecommerce Manager in order to :

Achieve E Commerce business objectives : Net Sales, CR, Traffic, Size of Basket

Achieve E COMMERCE Marketing Objectives : Set E commerce platforms tools for generating content & interaction with consumers, Establish consumers online community driving brand affinity, recruitment, retention & engagement.


  • Developing growth optimization strategies in terms of launches & promotions
  • Creating and executing innovative drivers for increasing products purchases, cross-sell and upsell
  • activities.

  • Working with marketing communication colleagues to participate in the implementation of
  • campaigns driving sales performance to the site.

  • Developing and executing plans in collaboration with digital & offer team to drive mobile app
  • contribution

  • Designing promotional activities & cross selling triggers to boost business KPIs
  • Working with web development team to ensure optimization of processes, capabilities, an
  • overall experience for delivering, measuring and optimizing the success of all associated B2C tools

  • Identifying, tracking and analyzing trends and providing relevant reports.
  • Reporting, monitoring & evaluating on a daily basis KPIS and activations
  • Initiating new consumer oriented projects that will contribute to further E Comm business

  • E shop Platform : Database update, Campaigns set up, Brand pages reviews & updates,
  • Management of Consumers Community comments

    Excellent Knowledge of Computers

    Google analytics knowledge

    SAP would be an extra asset

    Exposure & Handling of technical platforms (Prestashop, Magento)

    Fluency in English language

    3-5 years of experience in E Commerce business
