We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Management Office Manager. The responsibilities of the PMO Manager include managing the day-to-day’ activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.
Your day to day’ or Responsibilities :
Anticipate organization & business needs and collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects in alignment to overall commercialization strategy.
Work closely with Program Owners to orchestrate commercialization programs
Ensure the successful implementation of PMO services to optimize commercial projects planning & prioritization, resource management and continuously improve the overall efficiency of existing policies and processes
Ensure that governance standards are met to monitor portfolio progress on deliverables, dependencies, resources, risks and timelines
Provide portfolio assurance in terms of health checks, gate reviews and prioritization ensuring decision making and escalation / resolution where required
Oversee the development of the projects and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently according to company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
Develop project management capabilities within the organization through onboarding sessions, coaching and trainings
Encourage and promote a culture of change towards a more efficient and agile project-based organization Your expertise :
University degree in Business, Administration or a related field
Project Management Certificates may be advantageous
Minimum 5 years working experience in similar roles in FMCG or Technology companies
Strong project management skills and proven knowledge of methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile) and software tools (eg. Jira, MS project)
High agility and ability to deal with complexity and changing environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to drive collaboration and change management
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
Good communication and facilitation skills
