Its main activities involve the distribution and marketing of a wide range of oil products, including gasoline, fuel oil, diesel and lubricants through its retail network.
Ιts activities also cover industrial and commercial sectors, marine and chemicals.
Currently we are searching to hire a Scheduler, part of the Supply and Distribution business, to ensure the most efficient, timely and profitable delivery of product to Retail sites and B2B customers.
Lead the day-to-day operational & administrative aspects of the road delivery of all grades of Fuels, Bitumen, Chemicals and Marine products
Execute delivery-scheduling processes to ensure Customer Promise is met
Routing of all vehicles in such a way that the optimum transport cost and service to the customers are achieved
Follow up of credit activities in order to deliver released orders
Administrate and solve properly problems arisen with customers
Safe planning of loading and discharge of vehicles (according to laid down procedures)
Main Qualifications / other characteristics
University Degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering and / or Master in Logistics / Supply Chain
1 3 years of related experience is an asset

Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, organized mentality
Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
Strong IT skills
Travelling flexibility is required
