About our client

Your day to day
Reporting to the Director of Business Development
Generate and develop both domestic and international business opportunities
Ensure business opportunities for the company are explored and captured
Present the company’s products, technologies and capabilities to customers mainly through direct communication and presentations
Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows with a professional and polished manner to aid the company of gaining new business leads and contacts
Lead, monitor and contribute in proposal preparation and bid submission efforts, as part of an integrated Bid & Proposal team
Conceptualize, design and develop, in coordination with the BD&M team the company’s overall marketing material and tools (on-line and off-line)
Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key account clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
Research & identify opportunities and participate in the product development process relevant to local market insights
Implement strategy, measure and report performance against short- and long-term goals (ROI and KPIs)
Understanding well the company’s area of expertise to propose new concepts and ideas in widening the company’s products and technology base
What we are looking for
University degree, with a focus on Engineering or Information and Communications Technology
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or an MBA will be considerate as an asset
At least 5 years’ experience in international business setting, spanning across multiple geographies, recognizing local culture and business etiquette.
Proven track record in of delivering successful business outcomes and meeting sales quotas in the international marketplace, preferably in projects with high technological content
Excellent negotiation skills and experience in developing and structuring agreements at a C-level
Experience in market research on an international level for the identification and evaluation of business opportunities
Preparation of full cycle of proposals (preparation, writing and bidding)
Organizing and conducting meetings, presentations, tradeshows
Knowledge of the operational and technical aspects of ICT
Excellent oral and written command of the English language
Ability to travel 40% of Working Time
