We are looking for Creative Production Manager to join our Marketing team based in any of our offices in Athens .
As a member of the Marketing team, you will work hand-in-glove with our Creative Design & Brad teams, from brief through execution ensuring we execute on time, on budget and at quality.
What you will focus on :
Collaborate with internal content creation teams and third-parties to produce original visual assets (video, photography, etc.).
Lead day-to-day creative production operations with key partners and internal collaborators.
Manage budgets, logistics and timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
Identify unique opportunities to leverage visual content and technology to drive innovation.
Gather key inputs, understand the project assignment, brand strategy, intended impact of the creative task, budget and timing.
Provide report and updates on deliverables and projects to key stakeholders.
Manage the end-to-end photoshoot / video shoot production processes for the creative team’s projects.
Organise a library of video and photography assets, securing optimal access for designers, developers etc.
What we are looking for :
Experience in production management for film production / creative agency, TV network or streaming service; ideally, 3 years minimum.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, leading strategic and operational initiatives
Knowledge of current photography and video / audio technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to travel to the production sets when needed
Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to collaborate with a diverse, multinational group of people
Proactive mentality and ability to take initiative and work both independently and within a team
Creative problem-solving skills
Ability to streamline complex processes, establish workflows and keep up to date with the latest technologies
Strong execution skills and evidence of a consistent follow-through on commitments
A can-do, will-do, high-energy attitude
