Key Responsibilities

In particular, the Associate will help lead initiatives with regard to Culture, Productivity, Knowledge Management, Learning & Development, and Internal Communications.

  • Coordinate & execute the recruitment processes and work with department leads to identify talent needs
  • Create and implement onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Lead and participate in employer branding initiatives
  • Execute on HR strategies and activities that drive improvement, growth, innovation, and advancement of people and teams- including such activities as recommending, designing, and implementing programs, solutions, and tools that drive organizational effectiveness
  • Design and improve Endeavor's internal communications structure. This includes small yet crucial initiatives like recognizing birthdays and anniversaries to larger projects
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with general human resources policies and procedures
  • Experience with project management and processes documentation tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Having a positive attitude and self-starting mindset, but at the same time being a teammate. Open to working closely and assisting other members of the team to get to the best possible outcome for the organization.
