Tasks & Responsibilities
Hands-on approach and leading by example in all areas
Recruiting, training and supervising staff
Handling customer complaints and queries
Promoting and marketing the business
Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services
Communicating with the guests when appropriate
Dealing with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
4-5 years minimumexperience in a similar position in 4* or 5* hotels and familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
Graduate of a degree in Hospitality / Tourism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek. Knowledge of French will be considered as an asset.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about the job
Computer literacy and excellent MS Office skills
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent team working skills
