Hasbro SA, based in Delemont Switzerland, manufactures and sells Hasbro toy and games products around the world. Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA's distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA's customers in all major European countries.
Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct / FOB sales in Europe SA Hasbro Hellas AE ('the Company') provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in Greece.
The purpose of this role is to provide the following services : Support the delivery of : + Hasbro in-store permanent and promotional point of sale program.
annual events and retail catalogue design programs within deadline and approved budget. + Support the delivery of point of sale, events and sample budgets, understanding the strategically important brands and accounts and the overall business portfolio Support the delivery of the in-store permanent and promotional POS program + Support the annual approved in store strategic plan across multiple accounts and brands, aligned with Brand activation plans and HET / HIT business plans + Work with the Retail Marketing Manager, Marketing and Sales to understand required campaigns, projects and solutions and then prioritise these projects in line with approved strategic priorities + Partner with the Regional team to agree and deliver the local elements of European programs + Support European Customer execution planning to ensure local requirements are met + Proactively seek opportunities for cost, process and service improvements Support the delivery of point of sale, events and sample budgets, understanding the strategically important brands and accounts and the overall business portfolio + Support the delivery of accurate budget tracking and forecasting + Ensure RMM is proactively kept up to date with any budget requirements / changes Work with external and internal agencies to deliver cost effective business solutions within budget and timelines + Seek continuous improvement and efficiencies from agency partners + Attend meetings with external agencies and relevant internal departments and support the agency briefing and pitching process + Support the recommendation and approval of design work, delivery plans and costs and the implementation and delivery of approved projects.
Ensure key internal stakeholders are kept fully updated + Work with the RMM to review and maintain POS deliveries and stocks in partnership with Operations team.
Support the delivery of the annual events program within deadline and approved budget + Understand the Corporate Event Calendar and approved budget and support the development, recommendation, production and delivery of projects from proposal to completion.
Deliver events on time, within approved budget, that meet / exceed expectations + Maintain timelines and priorities on every project Support the annual delivery of the Catalogue page program across multiple accounts + Support the delivery of Customer and internal catalogue pages, cross sells, posters and other printed sales material on time, to budget and to brand team's brief + Keep the all stakeholders including the Sales Services Team and Customers regularly updated on page status and drive confidence in delivery to deadlines + Support the sign off process internally and externally in an organised and effective manner Support healthy business relationships with Customers to maximise Hasbro branded presence in store and catalogue + Work with the RMM to communicate major initiatives to Customers and help implement specific approved strategies aligned to the Customer / brand strengths / needs + Build strategic relationships with key cCustomer contacts.
