Consists of an experienced and certified team aiming to deliver exemplary services to all spectrum of clients in specialized scopes of practice grouped in 5 basic pillars : Valuations, Asset Management, Energy & Property Facilities Management, Market Research & Analytic and Technical Projects.

The Real Estate Agency Consultant , reports to the Real Estate Agency Manager and is responsible for providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

The ideal candidate must determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them, manage diverse portfolios and promote business development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute sales / rentals for commercial / residential properties, portfolios etc.
  • Expand portfolio of properties for sale / rental, promoting the business development plan of the company
  • Perform market research
  • Support Management in decision making, analyzing results, preparing relevant reports and providing necessary input.
  • Support in the design of the promotional plan of properties and proceed to their implementation
  • Analyze clients’ needs and find properties that best suit them
  • Create strong relationships with clients and deeply understand their needs
  • Offer clients personalized and professional services & support
  • Support clients in negotiations, property documentation and deal closings
  • Prepare property valuation / agent’s report for clients and relevant presentations
  • Partner effectively with internal & external stakeholders e.g. Asset Management or Sales Finalization Team
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of previous working experience in the Real Estate Industry
  • Higher Education Degree (AEI, TEI or Private Institution) in the fields of Real Estate, Economics, or relevant field. A Master’s degree is desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Word, Power Point & Excel
  • Native Greek speaker & excellent command of the English language
  • True passion for Real Estate and sales
  • Team player, as part of a high-performing team
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented, and entrepreneurial
  • Strong communication skills
  • Quick thinker and deal maker
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Holder of a valid driving license
