Your Tasks

  • Booking business hotels, flights and trains nationally / internationally
  • Maintaining profiles and data in our travel-tool
  • Organising long-term bookings for travelling abroad (flights, apartments)
  • Organising group trips for our direct action projects (arrival, departure, transfers, lodges)
  • In searching of the best and most cost-effective alternatives
  • Supporting event managers in organising various events (International Summits) for hotel, arrival, departures, transfers, cost estimates, contracts
  • Supporting the international rollout of our travel-tool
  • Being the contact person for travellers they can rely on and assist them where required
  • Supporting the implementation of new business travel processes and the corresponding optimisation
  • Ensuring compliance with travel policies
  • Our Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in the (Business) Travel industry
  • Good understanding of travel industry and travel management abroad
  • Work independently and self-responsible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is an asset
  • Independent and well organized personality
  • Ability to prioritize and stress-resistance
  • Experience with online booking platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft OS and Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, understanding and well-groomed demeanor
