Job Description & Summary

Due to the continued business growth, high demand for our talent acquisition services are expected in the following years so our Human Capital team is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner to enrich the team.
This is an exciting role where you will have a unique opportunity to be part of a high-volume recruitment team with endless opportunities.
As a member of the team you will be contributing to the talent acquisition strategy and you can have several opportunities to grow your own way through multiple projects .
The role entails :
Work together with the Talent Acquisition team to support the delivery of graduate intakes and other ad hoc recruitment processes
Support talent acquisition with the screening, sourcing, attracting, interviewing and offering process.
Assist in the development of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Handle complex recruiting and scheduling processes with hiring managers and candidates
Conduct Interviews & Assessments for graduate hires
Assist the talent acquisition team with job fairs, career events and other initiatives that aim to enhance the employer branding of the company
Provide operational and administrative support in all steps of the process when required
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate and client relationships throughout the hiring life cycle
The successful candidates should have :
A Degree in Business Administration,or other related field (degree in HR will be considered as an asset)
Up to 4 years of previous working experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with candidate databases, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn
Strong communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skill
Passionate about employer branding and customer experience
Ability to establish trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates and external partners
