HR GEO SERVICES ASSOCIATE PART TIME (10.00 14.00 / 12.00 -16.00)

The HR Services Associate role is responsible for providing HR support on recruitments to the geographies within their scope of responsibility.

What do you do during a day?

Internal / external recruitment and selection : attract candidates by advertising & using various media, participate in job fairs, connect with schools and universities, etc.

Screen CV’s, invite potential candidates and conduct interviews and assessments

Review job descriptions, map competency profiles, and roll-out a new talent management process Provide training to employees (e.

g. on-boarding of new employees)Prepare and keep records of official HR documents

What skills do you need?

Bachelor Degree in HR or related field

Experience in a recruitment / HR role for 1y

A flexible, friendly, professional and confident attitude

Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced and targeted environment

English Language skills

Working knowledge of Word and Excel

High level of self-motivation

Experience with the systems of Workday is an asset
