JOB PURPOSE

Drive excellence of commercial operations through ROI driven revenue management and increase bottom line from channel and customers

  • Drive commercial policy process / revenue management
  • Support the channel and customer planning
  • Be responsible for the governance framework
  • KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Revenue Management

  • Conduct annual Commercial Policy review process from the design to the implementation
  • Work with Head of Hub to review Gross to Net targets achievement and create plans to address deviations
  • Own and build a culture of ROI driven activities driving efficiencies in customer investment and commercial campaigns
  • Work alongside the Commercial Excellence Manager to conduct regular reviews of promotional activity ROI, set guidance and minimum thresholds to customer team
  • Work with Commercial Excellence Manager and Finance business partner to assess product margin mix impacts to feed into 4Ps / MSL targets, and promotional guidelines
  • Own sales commercial contracts to ensure cost efficiency
  • Channel and customer planning

  • Support Hub Head in the annual customer planning process, to ensure clearly defined customer and channel plans are produced alongside a full bottom-up forecast and customer targets
  • Drive analysis and recommendations by brand, category, customer, and route to market, to deliver efficient trade investment and optimize our revenue.
  • Support Channel & Key accounts managers with the specific solutions when it is necessary to change customer conditions to improve financial performance

    Governance framework

  • Coordination with regional teams to ensure alignment with regional commercial priorities
  • Collaborate with the zone RGM community to share best practices and synergies

  • SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

    Education Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing or similar

    Required knowledge and / or experience

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial management and / or trade analytics roles. Experience within CHC environment will be considered as an asset
  • Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills / digitally savvy
  • Highly organized, problem solver that actively drives progress
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Greek
  • Constantly challenge the status quo focusing on the priorities that will deliver the best outcomes and letting go
  • Put the interest of the organization ahead of own of those of the team : consider both short- and long-term impact of decisions;
  • enable decision making at appropriate level
