Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the effective operation of the Contact Center for customers’ needs with regards to exports orders, delivery status, procedures’ implementation and invoicing
  • Develop demand forecasts for export markets and perform the related ERP update
  • Handle the exportsorders’ process with a view to maximize the optimization of the transportation Planning
  • Execute all the Customs and authorities related procedures
  • Facilitate the return and credit refund process
  • Manage the Goods labelling for exports’ orders
  • Execute the orders management regarding reworking activities (Purchasing Requests / Entry Sheets / Cost follow up), and packaging materials for exports
  • Strive for outstanding customer management and satisfaction levels
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent Studies. Master’s degree will be highly appreciated
  • Very good knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel-advanced)
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in FMCG is preferable
  • Important Information :

  • The position is temporary for 1 year
  • The expected starting date is July 2021
