Create, manage, and refine the process to hire all employees at all levels of the organization.
Manage candidates at all stages of the talent acquisition process including posting of roles, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and managing onsite interviews.
Negotiate and manage the offer process (reviewed, extended, and followed through with offers to the onboarding process).
Manage stages in the onboarding of employees including background screening, preemployment communications and working with managers to ensure positive onboarding experience.
Create and maintain partnerships with key sources for talent in the areas including universities, trade schools, high schools, and other key organizations.
Participate in community events to grow talent pipeline.
Represent the company at colleges, universities, career fairs.
Manage company job boards and look for additional opportunities to identify talent aligned to the business needs.
Manage relationship with temporary employee agencies.
Advertise roles on LinkedIn and other key platforms to reach key talent.
Execute on HR strategies and activities that drive improvement, growth, innovation, and advancement of people and teams- including such activities as recommending, designing, and implementing programs, solutions, and tools that drive organizational effectiveness.
Experience, Skills, and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources or related field.
2-4 years experience working with an applicant tracking system
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to interface across multiple levels of the company.
