The opportunity

Our Internal Audit team is looking for passionate professionals, to help us deliver quality auditing and testing services to our internal (within PwC) clients’ needs.

What is Internal Audit?

Our Internal Audit Department is an independent and objective function (with assurance and consulting activity) that serves as a third line of defense and assists the Firm’s management in identifying key risks that may adversely impact achievement of the Firm's strategic objectives.

Internal Audit brings a systematic and disciplined approach to the evaluation and improvement of processes focused on operations and risk management, financial controls and compliance, information systems, and governance processes covering all areas of the Firm.

In this context we are looking for professionals t o join this team.

What does the role entail?

As an Internal Audit Team Professional you will :

Perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, documenting recommendations developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence (including data analytics’ techniques), and documenting internal client processes and procedures - Create audit programs / procedures / working papers

Perform compliance (and other) tests in cooperation with different functions ( Risk & Quality, Independence, Data Protection, Information Security, Ethics & Business Conduct, Anti-Corruption / Anti-Bribery etc.

and Lines of Services (Advisory, Assurance, Tax & Legal)

Support Internal Audit Leadership by preparing Audit reports and submit for review

Participate in other ad-hoc projects such as presentations, reports, training, performance evaluations

Demonstrate project management skills by keeping the Internal Audit Leadership(s) informed regarding the status of audits / compliance tests in progress and completion and scheduling of the relevant meetings

Conduct interviews, discuss with business owners the issues during the audit

Make testing more efficient using appropriate compliance testing technology (Alteryx, UiPath etc.)

Pursue professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association qualifications & memberships, and sharing information gained with co-workers

Oversee and review the work of others in the team, which is sufficient and competent to perform compliance tests

Provide feedback towards the team’s performance evaluations and assist in other administrative tasks (presentations, Department’s KPI calculations)

What are the requirements?

Up to 6 years experience in Finance / Accounting position(s) or other relevant experience - Auditing (and / or IT auditing), or similar experience will be considered an asset.

Excellent computer skills, proficient use of MS Office (use of data analysis tools such as Alteryx and PowerBI / Workbench will be considered as a significant advantage).

A positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with internal clients at all levels.

Analytical thinking by performing data analysis from different sources.

Commitment to providing work of excellent quality within predetermined deadlines.

Willingness for continuous learning and personal development.
