As a Systems & Service Public Key Account Manager you’ll be responsible for This role is accountable for S&S sales and IGM% for assigned S&S opportunities and select named accounts.

Operational : Build a account Plan for each named customerProactively pursue S&S opportunities coming from the Market Professional sales teamJointly develops and executes Account Strategy with Market Prof Sales for Systems opportunitiesMaximizes sales opportunities by increasing Signify’s share of walletFinancial : Delivers on the Systems and Services Sales targets in named Accounts, as well as other S&S opportunities originating from MarketCustomer : Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction during opportunity developmentEnsures a smooth handover to the Market for product opportunitiesCreates a relentless drive for S&S growthEffectively engages customers in value creation beyond lightingParticipates in customer and / or industry events as neededPeople : Fosters a Customer First and Radical Collaboration mindset and actionsBuilds strong and productive working relationships with Market Prof Sales teamsCollaborates effectively with project team members to deliver timely, relevant solutions to customers>

If you match this description, get in touch!What you’ll doYou’ll develop, maintain and improve relations with key customers in the segment of public (municipalities, cities, utilities, contractors) to keep or to set Signify as preferred supplier by developing lighting solutions and other services creating value for the customers.
  • You’ll operate in a complex eco-system of end-user public customers (from major level to leaders of building and technical departments in municipalities), private-owned utility companies, managing the street lighting for municipalities and installers / contractors for selling our portfolio of valuepropositions, segment-specific products, and related services (especially connected value propositions like Interact Public / City Touch)You’ll create tailored solutions that deliver an improved lighting system that promotes energy efficiency, safety, sustainability, and enhanced outcomes to help them, becoming a smarter and more likable to live city / municipality You’ll be accountable for Sales, Margin, Customer Profitability, and Customer SatisfactionYou’ll identify / create new commercial opportunities leveraging a deep understanding of the market key playersYour qualifications5+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry5+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products & services to accountsExperience in selling complex offerings consisting of multiple building blocks e.
