Maintaining VoIP telephony systems and contact centre configuration
Microsoft technologies ( Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Teams, MS Exchange)
Designing, deploying and operating high available Microsoft Exchange environments
Fluency in English
Experience in migrating other workloads to Microsoft 365 (e.g. Skype / Teams, SharePoint) is a plus
Administrating, maintaining and troubleshooting our system infrastructure
Managing and troubleshooting high profile and difficult technical issues escalated by other support or business teams
Administration of users and resources in the systems
Managing migrations of users between platforms
Configuring systems management tools for monitoring and capacity planning
Implementing solutions and processes to optimize operational efficiency, systems security and availability
Running applications, services and platforms to deliver a service portfolio according to SLA’s
Maintaining detailed functional and operational documentation
