Role overview : This position is part of organization in the Infrastructure team. The Infrastructure Project Manager is managing, with the project management methodology standards :
Imerys infrastructure Network & Unified Communication projects
Resource for transversal projects with other teams.
Job scope / Dimensions :
User number : 10 000 IT users
Server number : 3 000 owned
Data Centers : 4 Regional, 8 BU shared, 50 Computer rooms
Network : 4000 devices (Switches, Firewall ), 350 connected
Applicative map : 30 central applications, 170 local applications
Project number (functional / technical) : 5 projects per year, including 2 major projects per year
Reports To : Infrastructure PMO & Integrations Manager

Responsibilities and Duties
Key tasks & responsibilities :
Manage projects topics for the Infrastructure Network & UC team and also be a technical project manager resource for others teams.
Is responsible for technical project content (specifications, tests...).Obsolescence remediation project coordination.Group Unified Communication solution rollout.
Coordination of the technical deployment of the service.Manage projects earning customer’s satisfaction while complying with business scope, budget, quality solution and schedule.
Manage and report on the Project Management maturity.
Working and participating with other Project Managers to follow projects and risk mitigation (Raise Alert, communication ).
Provide regular reporting on current state of project.
The project manager will be included in all project phases (opportunity study to decommissioning).

Inside the company
Hierarchically attached to the IT Infrastructure PMO and Integrations Manager.
Regular interactions with Infrastructure Managers, BP Manager, IT Customer Care Managers within IT projects.
Less frequently, interactions with other internal teams (out of IT) (e.g. : Communication .) .
Address Group level IT representatives when necessary.
Outside the company
Infrastructure solution providers.
Subcontractors related to infrastructure management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
5-8 years’ experience in Infrastructure or Telecoms projects.
Experience managing multiple, simultaneous and high-profile projects.
Experience in developing project management programs, standards and procedures, including successful implementations in large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Project management frameworks.
Knowledge of Agile methodology or others is desirable.
Skills & Person Specification
Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company.
Ability to work in autonomy.
Fluent or native English speaker.
Conversant in French or another European language would be advantageous.
