IMCG GROUP is looking for a new Secretary to assume the duty of administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
The successful candidate will perform skilled clerical work, provide general secretarial support and assist executives and colleagues by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
Furthermore, they shall be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
For the successful completion of the role’s duties, attention to detail, taking initiatives as well as time management skills are essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer and redirect incoming calls, take messages
Handle the corporate email and forward emails to relevant departments
Receive, sort and distribute mail
Monitor inbound / outbound correspondence using courier services
Greet and welcome visitors
Maintain calendars for visitors, internal meetings and conferences
Check office supplies and place orders
Perform other clerical and secretarial duties such as filing, photocopying etc
Support senior managers and visitors with their travel arrangements, such as hotel reservations, dinners, transfers
Liaise with IT department to keep equipment and telecommunications operational, report potential problems
Ensure place is tidy and presentable
BS in Business Administration or similar field
Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent command of English and Greek language
Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
Fluency in English
