Kuehne + Nagel is operating three Shared Service Centers (SSC) worldwide. The Shared Service Center EMEA, based in Belgrade, is serving the regions Western Europe, Middle East and Africa as an internal service provider, being responsible for the handling and execution of operational tasks within the organization.
The SSC EMEA’s satellite is based in Thessaloniki, Greece and was founded in 2016, we perform global and standardized processes mainly back office tasks for the internal customers, we employ more than 200 employees and we are now seeking for our company in Thessaloniki, the below role.
Your Role
You will be responsible for first line support to our regional companies and efficiently resolving all requests and queries.
Together with the team, you will build improvement possibilities in order to offer the best quality and efficiency in the service provided.
Your Responsibilities
Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling andsorting information; establishing entry priorities.
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewingdata for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures orreturning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
Enters customer and account data.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data programtechniques and procedures.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing,correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades byinputting new data; reviewing output.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures;reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations bykeeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related resultsas needed

Your Skills and Experiences
University degree in Logistics or Supply Chain will beconsider as asset
Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain will be consider asasset
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Excellent knowledge of MS office and computer literate
Very good communication skills both written and oral
Consistent and punctual
Team player
Customer orientated
