Our client is a leading global IT company that has in excess of 20 years experience providing IT solutions to their EMEA client base.
They have a new project in their Athens, Greece office to support their Danish corporate customers. This project is to support the Danish speaking client’s mobile devices and technology products.
Role : New positions have been created to support their Danish B2B and B2B customers. The position will see you support a range of Internet-
enabled technology products for customers in Danish. You will receive calls, emails and instant messages from clients and will be responsible for managing their cases.
This will require you to troubleshoot IT queries, research answers and respond to customers so that logged cases can be closed quickly and efficiently.
Skills : - The ideal candidate will speak fluent Danish, plus excellent English. - Candidates should have supported customers in a previous role either face-
to-face, on the phone or by email and be very confident in dealing with business customers. - An interest in Information Technology, an IT degree and / or knowledge of Microsoft applications such as word, exchange, internet explorer is an advantage.
