eLearning Industry's team is growing rapidly and is looking for an experienced Digital Accounts Manager for their Athens branch.
Duties and Responsibilities
Building new client relationships by presenting clients with appropriate solutions that correspond to their marketing needs.
Maintaining and growing excellent long-term relationships with the company's existing clients
Handling client accounts and being the lead point of contact for all key client matters , anticipating the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and helping the client succeed
Knowing the company's services and digital products in and out, having an end-to-end view of the processes needed to provide clients with the value they require
Driving the new service development efforts by presenting features / services needed by customers to the Development Team, to ensure that the company continues to develop world-class features & services that correspond to the market needs
Suggesting and implementing online marketing strategies in order to attract new prospect customers
Gathering feedback from clients, study other customer success programs and analyze customer data to identify and implement the best practices
Leveraging the Company's digital assets ( services - ) and human capital (a strong team project managers, copywriters, and developers) to achieve sales and account management goals, respectively
Collaborating with Management Team, reporting weekly and discussing progress, opportunities and next steps
2-3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in USA, Canada, UK or Australia, where the vast majority of the Company's clients are located
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent, close to native, use of the English language, both written and spoken (required)
Fantastic interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities both written and spoken
Highly organized and experienced in directing others
Sales, target and results-oriented
Ability to quickly adapt to change
Experience with CRMs such as Hubspot is a plus
