Plan, develop and manage procurement actions to effectively meet organizational and business objectives.
Source, negotiate, purchase supplies and manage inventory
Prepare RFPs with different vendors as required and evaluate best offers
Manage procurement tool, suggest improvements and lead respective projects
Participate in contract negotiations
Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies
Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices and ensure all criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations
Responsible for all operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules
BSc in Business, Economics or related, a Master's degree will be a plus
3+ years of relevant experience preferably in a multinational environment
Proficient in use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent command of English, both written and oral
High level of integrity
Outstanding communications and negotiation skills
Excellent organizing and time management skills
