An exciting opportunity to lead the team committed to delivering agility for product and technology.
The Agile Lead is an integral leadership role with responsibility for leading the product, technology, marketing, and data teams' delivery success by leveraging agile methodology to enable predictable and quality delivery at speed whilst maintaining a focus on continuous improvement of the team.
The Agile Lead will foster collaboration between the Agile Centre of Excellence, Agile Chapter and product, technology, and operations teams.
The Agile Lead is going to build an Agile CoE, whose mission is focused on adopting agile as a key mechanism of consistent and continuous improvement.
The Agile Lead will also be leading the Agile chapter to support career growth, pathways, training and spreading common best practices.
The Agile Lead will work with the CoE and the Head of Operations, Group Operations to continue activation of Group Operations as it seeks to create a framework for continuous improvements.
In addition, you will help shape the proactive agenda, thought leadership and innovation strategies for our most senior stakeholders across Stepstone taking ownership of firmly embedding agility into the organisation.
You will lead conversations with senior stakeholders across the organisation to firmly put Agile on the map!
