Summary :

Whether it be Branded or White Label management, Epoque Collection assists owners with an overall evaluation of their operations to detect areas in need of improvement and increase productivity.

This includes operations, information technology, reservations, human resources and all other aspects of hotel operations.

Design, FF&E budgets and specifications, sales and marketing, training, asset management, and coordination of various disciplines during crucially important pre-

opening, development, acquisition and / or rebranding process are some of the key areas of expertise.

Essential Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Associate's degree and two years of related experience in a similar hotel operation, or high school graduation and four years of experience
  • Ideally having Pre-Opening experience in a 5 *star Hotel
  • Degree in Hospitality / Tourism (desirable)
  • Computer literacy & knowledge of Hospitality PMS software Opera, Excel
  • Fluency in Greek & English, additional languages (German, Italian, French and / or others) would be considered a plus
  • Excellent time management, organizational & multitasking
  • Some knowledge of accounting, either through education or experience
  • Communication skills, both oral and written
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
