Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance plans of electrical and electronic equipment;
Evaluate and define proposals for improvements and modifications to equipment
Ensure completion of electrical maintenance jobs with the highest level of quality safety and effectiveness at minimum cost to maximize equipment availability
Integrate maintenance tasks required for new equipment and installations into existing maintenance plans
Supervise and monitor the electrical work performed by subcontractors, prepare contract documents, and evaluate tenders for construction or industrial maintenance
Participate in in root cause failure analysis for downtime events that meet trigger criteria
Provide technical support to troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment and systems
Ensure the operation of the plant according to legal requirements (ELOT HD384 etc.)
Monitor daily / weekly / monthly maintenance schedule
Propose technical solutions by introducing new equipment according to industry standards
Assist Electrical Maintenance Manager with reporting, general operations and planning, audits and future planning
Develop, train, and motivate colleagues to ensure a productive work environment and high levels of efficiency and satisfaction
Ensure workplace safety through implementation, adherence, and enforcement of company business standards, as well as safety and development programs;
Plan, coordinate and ensure safe operation of subcontractors
Candidate Profile
Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering required from a Polytechnic School
1-3 years minimum professional Electrical Engineering experience, required. Industrial professional experience (incl. High and medium voltage, drives, automation, electronics etc.
will be highly valued.
Experience with Industrial Control products (PLC, VFD, DCS and HMI) and communication networks (TCP / IP) will be considered an asset
