Establish and maintain a framework and methodology for Project Portfolio management within the organization
Establish and maintain relevant Project Portfolio management processes (strategic management, governance management, communication management, performance management, and risk management)
Guide the selection, prioritization, balancing, and realization of Project Portfolio components to ensure the alignment with strategic goals and organizational priorities
Continuously review, reallocate, reprioritize, and optimize the Project Portfolio to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving organizational goals
Provide key stakeholders with timely assessment of Project Portfolio component selection, prioritization, and performance, as well as early identification of portfolio-level issues and risks that are impacting performance
Support senior-level decision making by ensuring timely and consistent communication to stakeholders on progress, changes, and impact on Project Portfolio components
Coach and Train teams and stakeholders master the newest tools, workflows, and processes
Influence active executive sponsorship engagement for the Project Portfolio
Establish financial control for the Project Portfolio to ensure there is a consistency to benefit realization and value management of Programs / Projects
Understand and manage the interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other teams, in order to get the job done and reach the best possible results
Constantly improve, grow and develop self and staff under their supervision to reach higher and broader levels; maintain an accurate assessment of self and others including strengths and weaknesses;
provide regular feedback to staff under their supervision regarding performance
Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones
Adheres to and implements the procedures, policies and work instructions as per the PeopleCert’s Integrated Management System
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management or relevant fields
Minimum 7 years of project management experience managing complex projects
Minimum 3 years of experience implementing large scale software development projects using Agile methodologies and solid understanding of software development life cycle
Minimum 2 years of experience with full product lifecycle
Prince2 / PMP certifications, Prince2 Agile, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum certifications on Agile methodology are considered a plus
Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in the use of appropriate tools : Agile Project Management tools such as Wrike, Jira, or equivalent.
Microsoft Project or Microsoft Project Server, and all Office Tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experienced in Project reporting, Resource Management, Project Scheduling
Experienced in strategic planning, risk management and change management
Experienced in creating presentations and presenting to all levels of management
Motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
Experienced in working both independently and in a team collaborative environment
Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
Analytical thinking, effective and timely decision-making, problem-solving and change management skills
Ability to think out of the box and connect the dots to derive the bigger picture, passion for success and drive for results

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include : A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence) HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) Financial background check Employment reference check.
If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
